Cheaper and better than hospital!
I have a hearing problem for a long time. I bought a hearing aid from the hospital but I was not satisfied with its performance. I was very frustrated not being able to hear clearly still.
I visited Clariti and bought another hearing aid in 2013. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and quality care given to me. The new hearing aid, which cost much cheaper, lasted me more than 3 years and they are still working fine. The old one continued to give me problems. I rely on the new aid to hear clearly.

I do not speak loudly anymore
I didn’t know when my hearing began deteriorating. My world was getting softer and softer and I had difficulty following what was going on during meetings and conversations. My wife also complained I was speaking louder.
When I began to hear ringing sounds in my head (tinnitus) continuously, I knew I needed to do something urgently. I saw an ENT in the hospital but they could not solve the tinnitus.

A few years ago, I finally bought a pair of hearing aids from the hospital. That was the start of my frustrating experience with that esteemed hospital.
After the purchase, I was very disappointed with their after-sales services and consultation. First of all, the staff that sold the hearing aids to me is no longer available. There is no continuity and follow up on my hearing needs. The hospital also insists I see an ENT doctor to have my ears checked when I go back for consultation. All I wanted from the hospital is to have them tune my hearing aids to match my latest hearing condition so that I can hear clearer. I need not see the doctor and pay additional consultation fees. The hospital refused my request.
Eventually, I gave up visiting the hospital for any follow up sessions.
