He checked my ears, performed a comprehensive hearing test and finally explained the audiogram results to me in great details. He took time to find out my areas of difficulties and lifestyle priorities before prescribing the most suitable hearing aid to match my needs, both clinical and preferential ones.
When I wore the aids to office, I knew immediately I made the correct decision. I never had this level of confidence in the past walking into meetings and conferences. I love my hearing aids!
What surprised me further was the extra mile that Clariti went to ensure my aids are in excellent condition. There was a minor issue with the first pair of aids that I thought nothing about.
